EQUIP for Committed to Excellence: Assessment is a 2nd level package that enables your organisation to complete a facilitated self-assessment and begin the submission process for Committed to Excellence: Assessment.

EQUIP helps you to:

  • Prioritise and implement improvement activities and gain meaningful recognition
  • Save time and resources when completing your Committed to Excellence submission
  • Achieve tangible results from your improvement activities

Use of the online toolkit

Enables a flexible method of self-assessment which provides a way to help you and your team to assess what you are doing and how you are doing it and detail areas for improvement along the way. The toolkit also produces an Enabler Map from the self-assessment which contributes to the overall submission.

A full day facilitation

The facilitator will guide you and your team through the self-assessment helping you get the most out of the process, helping you to identify what you are doing well as an organisation, gather a list of evidence to support this and identify areas which could be improved.

Committed to Excellence Recognition
